Ministries, Groups & Activities
We invite you and your family to take part in one or several of the ministries that form part of Parish life in Our Lady of the Valley Parish. Information about each of the ministries / groups mentioned is available by clicking on the link below. Our parish has implemented the Archdiocesan Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults policy. We are committed to high standards of recruitment, screening and selection of all of our employees and volunteers and undertake intentional strategies to maintain a safe and healthy ministry environment for all.
As part of our Strategic Plan, we have five Ministry Teams who focus on specific outcomes each year. Often several teams will join together to facilitate an event, for example our annual Multicultural Mass, Women's Retreat and social gatherings.
These teams are: Liturgy and Music, Adult Faith Formation, Inclusion and Outreach, Children and Families, and Youth and Young Adults.
