SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL WOMEN'S RETREAT
A truly amazing retreat day - women, young and old from across the south east corner of our State, came together to be strengthened and encouraged. Rach Pingel opened the day by challenging us to see where God is calling us to be in this season, and to know that we are ENOUGH to fulfil the mission. Mel Ledwich and Steph Rogers from Evangelisation Brisbane expanded these verses to give practical ways to be strong in our faith and to serve God in our strengths and gifts. Chris Pingel then shared how prayer underpins all the pieces of armour; also how each personality type approaches God and how to recognise ways to increase their strengths and be a warrior for God in our community. To put on the full armour of God is not optional, but essential if we are to thrive and grow. CONGRATULATIONS SACRAMENTAL CHILDREN OF 2022
Congratulations to the children who recently received their First Holy Communion.

MINISTRY TRAINING AND REFRESHER WORKSHOPS
All Extraordinary Ministers, volunteers who take Communion to the Sick and housebound, those who conduct liturgies in the nursing homes and Readers are ALL required to attend one of the upcoming refresher workshops. It is also an opportunity for any new readers or extraordinary ministers to join the roster - please encourage anyone you think may be suitable. GAME OF CARDS (BRIDGE)
